"Sasquatch Slaughter-Fest"

Films: Night of the Demon (1980)

Alias: None

Type: Natural

Location: Forest

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Many of you probably think that the famed ape-man of the woods is just a dumb hairy beast that relies on brawn in order to get his way. You'd be wrong. The Bigfoot here is 10,000 times more sickening than any Bigfoot seen before or since.

History: The American forests have been plagued by the terror of Bigfoot for some time now. Anyone who ventures too far into the woods will meet a gruesome, painful death at the hands of this hairy beast, who seems to enjoy torturing and killing people more than he probably should.

Notable Kills: Let's see here. He throws a guy in a sleeping bag onto a sharpened stick. He rips a guy's gonads off for the crime of pissing in the woods. He rips out a guy's intestines and shakes them around. He burns a guy's face off on an oven burner And to top it all off, he forces two girls to stab each other with knives they were carrying. We are at a loss for words here.

Final Fate: Even to this day, Bigfoot lives on to kill more in increasingly worse ways. Those who try to warn people of him are dubbed criminally insane. How wonderful.

Powers/Abilities: An uncanny ability to use tools seamlessly.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 4-Do not let that cheap costume fool you. This is easily one of the most sadistic furry cryptids we have ever encountered in a film like this. You could replace Bigfoot here with an average serial killer and nothing would change. Maybe he really was a demon in the end...

Trivia: -As one might guess, this film was labeled a "Video Nasty" by the British Board of Film Classification, back when Video Nasties were a thing.

-There was an alternate ending in which more than one of the victims survived, but the initial distributer thought it would be more commercially viable and have more gravitas if only one lived.

If that's true, then Lucifer must have ran out of ideas of what to shape-shift into.
You may want to heed the warning.
Well, now the title makes sense.
Bigfoot wins. Fatality.
